Terms & Conditions These Terms & Conditions shall be the only terms of contract between Nailorder and the purchaser. No other conditions shall have effect unless agreed in writing by the Director Nailorder UK Ltd. Prices Are those ruling at date of despatch and are subject to alteration as may be necessary. Unless otherwise stated prices will be exclusive of VAT and delivery costs. Payment Payment can be made by credit or debit card. We accept Credit Cards, Switch and Solo – we do not keep a hard copy of card details for security reasons. Retention of Title Property, legal or beneficial, in any goods supplied by the seller, shall pass to the buyer only when the seller has received full payment for all sums then owed by the buyer to the seller. Nailorder UK Ltd accepts your order by e-mail confirming that it has received payment in full for all the goods you have ordered. That acceptance will be deemed complete and will be deemed for all purposes to have been effectively communicated to you at the time Nailorder UK Ltd sends the e-mail to you (whether or not you receive that e-mail). This confirmation e-mail amounts to an acceptance by Nailorder UK Ltd of your offer to buy goods from Nailorder UK Ltd or a 3rd party supplier that is engaged on your behalf by Nailorder UK Ltd. You must check that the details on this confirmatory e-mail are correct as soon as possible and you should print out and keep a copy of it. You undertake that all details you provide to Nailorder UK Ltd for the purpose of ordering or purchasing goods or services are correct, that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods or services ordered. If you supply incorrect or inaccurate address details and your order is returned to us as a result of this, a charge will be made for re- delivery. Risk shall pass to the buyer with possession of the goods. Delivery The company undertakes to effect delivery as expeditiously as possible and endeavour to dispatch your order within 48 hours. DELIVERY DATES CANNOT BE GUARANTEED as they may be affected by circumstances beyond our control. Neither Nailorder nor their nominated carrier will accept claims for consequential losses due to late delivery. PLEASE NOTE THAT SIGNATURES WILL BE REQUIRED FOR ALL DELIVERIES AS WE OPERATE A GUARANTEED SERVICE. UNDELIVERED PARCELS WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR COLLECTION FROM THE LOCAL SORTING OFFICE OR THE COURIER WILL LEAVE A CARD. UK Mainland Parcels will normally be sent by Carrier Express Service or by Royal Mail Special Delivery. Prices are before VAT, charges are as follows: Desks are not included in the Free Carriage offer - please see the section below relating to Large/Heavy items. Order Value up to £50 - £5.00 (UK Mainland Only) Order Value from £50 - £100 £7.50 (UK Mainland Only) Order Value from £100 - £200 £10.00 (UK Mainland Only) Order Value from £200+ FREE (UK Mainland Only) Larger Parcels will be despatched via the Carrier Express service depending on volume of package, customers will be informed of carriage costs. We will be pleased to arrange for the export of goods to any part of the world - PRICES UPON APPLICATION. Large/Heavy Items Portable Nail Stations will be charged at the special rate of £20.00 each for UK Mainland destinations. PLEASE ASK FOR QUOTATIONS FOR OFFSHORE DESTINATIONS AND FOR CARRIAGE CHARGES ON LARGER HEAVIER ITEMS EG ITEMS OVER 10KG We take great care to ensure the accuracy of sizes, prices and specifications. Whilst such descriptions are given as a guide and in good faith, they are subject to alteration without notice. Cancellation Cancellation of an order prior to delivery will only be accepted on the following terms: a) Standard equipment or products - 5% handling charge b) Special non-standard items not included in a) above cannot be accepted for cancellation and payment must be made in full. CANCELLATION AFTER DESPATCH CANNOT BE ACCEPTED. General Goods are sold on the understanding that they will only be used for their intended purpose. GOODS ARE NOT SUPPLIED ON A SALE OR RETURN BASIS. No responsibility will be accepted by Nailorder Ltd for damage or injury resulting from accidental misuse by untrained personnel without qualified supervision. All offers in our catalogue or on this website are subject to stock availability and we reserve the right to restrict or refuse any order or application for credit at any time.
